The Team

We are a team of women driven by a hunger for change.

Andrea Gray-Grant, Founder and CEO

Andrea is a teacher, coach and mentor with 26 years experience in the food and beverage industry and has worked at a senior level of sales and marketing for iconic natural and organic food brands in Canada and the US. She has launched her own product line, built a manufacturing plant and co-packed for numerous local, well-loved brands. She pivoted from manufacturing 9 years ago to coaching, and founded Good to Grow, a company that educates BC Food and Beverage brands to be successful in competitive market channels. Through Good to Grow she hosts an annual, juried trade show to introduce many of those emerging BC brands. As Founder and CEO of BCLocalRoot.ca, her dream is for the Company to be a catalyst for change – moving food systems towards truly supporting local.
