Patrick, owner of Maple's Sugar Shack, has been sourcing their Maple Syrup directly from farming families in Ontario since 1999.
They purchase the field syrup (the stage where the sap is boiled to the syrup) by the drum directly from the sugar makers and receive it in Squamish, BC where all the value-added processes take place.
In Squamish they complete the filtering, hot packing, final Brix measurements and grading of the maple syrup, thus ensuring the finest quality of single-origin maple syrup available in BC, made by the sugar maples of the east.
