- Sky Harvest Organic Sexy Salad or choice of leafy greens
- Shallot or red onion, thinly sliced
- Tomatoes, sliced
- Cucumber, thinly sliced
- Tania's Gluten-Free Falafels
- Local Pulse hummus
- Pita Bread
- Spread some hummus on both sides of the pita bread.
- Fill pita with vegetables and falafel.
