INGREDIENTS

Main

Garnish (optional):

  • Pickled ginger

  • Pink peppercorn

  • Green onion

Important Prep Note:

Remove Mitch’s Catch Tuna Poke from your freezer, remove sealed packaging & place in your fridge the night before you want to enjoy it (morning of works to)!

DIRECTIONS

To sear your Mitch’s Catch Tuna Loin, here are three options to get you started:

  1. Once your Tuna Poke has thawed, add 2-4 tbsp (or more :)) of The Marinade and mix.

  2. To fry the prawn chips, fill a medium sized pot with 4” of canola oil or vegetable oil to 350 degrees and place chips in.

  3. Let chips puff up (this should only take a few seconds so be ready!), scoop out and drain on paper towel.

  4. Cut up avocado & mango into small cubes and mix into the Tuna Poke.

  5. Scoop up Poke mix onto prawn crackers and garnish with optional fun toppings!
