The Sharp & Sassy is reminiscent of a sharp, full-flavoured English style cheddar. It makes one mean grilled cheez and a bowl of mac ‘n’ cheez you won’t believe.
Use this plant-based cheez block like you would cheese. Because it’s made naturally firm with oils, it melts and is very versatile. Use it 3 ways:
