Tality Kombucha brews authentic craft kombucha out of Vancouver's North Shore. The Company believes in using only organic, whole, and real roots, fruits, and herbs to create quality 'booch - no juices, concentrates, or sparkling water is used in the process at all.
Tality only uses whole ginger roots - washing and chopping them themselves. The whole roots soak in their cold-crashed cultures for two days before being bottled. Doing so creates an authentic ginger-flavoured kombucha.
