Hand picked heirloom Cacao, carefully fermented and sun dried to perfection. Stone ground in the Swiss chocolate making tradition. Sweetened with Coconut blossom sugar and Vanilla bean powder. To achieve the milky, creamy taste they add a blend of nuts and seeds to the recipe.
