This Wild Black Cod Sablefish comes frozen in 6oz portions, skin-on, Pin Bones out, individually vacuum packed and is sashimi quality. It is caught via baited traps off the West Coast of Vancouver Island. Immediately bled, ‘dressed’ and blast frozen to maintain protein structure and yield the finest quality available.
