After a vacation to Kauai, and an impulse purchase of a shaved ice machine, husband and wife team Peggy and Martyn, created Frostbites Syrup Co. with two main goals in mind: to connect with the large farming community surrounding them and to connect with their diverse community along the Sea to Sky corridor. Frostbites was born in the summer of 2010 with the promise of using predominately locally grown ingredients to make the syrups, instead of using the common artificially flavoured ones. In 2013 Peggy and Martyn established themselves as syrup manufacturers, bottling their seasonally inspired syrups year-round in Squamish, BC.
