Goodly Foods products are locally made with produce that is lovingly sourced.

Goodly Foods re-frames the narrative around “wasted food” into one of viewing surplus food as a resource. They set out to test that model by understanding the volume, flow and quality of specific vegetables that would otherwise end up in organics waste. Goodly Foods refers to these as “below seconds” – still safe and edible but unacceptable to retailers and with no other secondary market. They then process them into nutritious and delicious foods.

Goodly Foods also creates supportive employment opportunities in partnership with their employment partner, HAVE Culinary Training Society.

With each of our products, every attempt is made to create as little waste as they can, using skins and seeds wherever possible.
